THE WORK WE DO

Since its establishment in 2023, Aligned, our private hybrid REIT, has focused on rental income-generating real estate in Ghana, providing both institutional and private investors with a secure and structured entry into the market. We are offering private placements until we go public on the Ghanaian Stock Exchange, which we anticipate will happen as early as 2028.

REIT Basics and Glossary

When evaluating investments, we consider location, tenant profile, rental growth, lease terms, and asset management to align with our investment policy and long-term goals.

Managing risks across operations, finance, and acquisitions, we adapt to changes in the market to optimize returns, ensure stability, and sustain growth.

Our risk and return management ensures steady income and protects investor returns, focusing on financial gain and strengthening communities sustainably.

ALIGNMENTS WE DRIVE

As we expand our portfolio, we strengthen our capabilities through partnerships with financial and strategic allies. By prioritizing forward-thinking tenants, we support communities, enhance quality of life, and drive economic growth, ensuring long-term REIT success. Our commitment to sustainability fosters eco-friendly spaces with minimal impact, while our focus on stable income and alignment with stakeholders and shareholders secures a prosperous future.

Our true distinction is the alignments we create, driving our sustainable investments.

Building enduring partnerships with local and international businesses enhances our portfolio goals, creating strong synergies that drive positive impact.

Focusing on strong tenant relationships involves understanding their core business, curating properties that align with their needs, and driving their growth.

Aligning mutual goals through a focus on sustainability reduces environmental impact and maximizes long-term benefits for stakeholders and shareholders.
